Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Once your product has shipped you are responsible for the entire purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must not have been loaded on a truck in our shipping facility.
